Cleveland Valve Company has the confidence in our products to offer a year warranty as described below.  In order to qualify for this warranty, simply take a picture of your purchase receipt and email it to warranty@clevelandvalveco.com.

This will automatically register your email address and valve purchase(s) in our warranty program.   

Limited Warranty

Cleveland Valve Company extends this warranty to the original purchaser of our valves installed and used under normal conditions within the United States:
        1. One year coverage applies to all valves. At our option we will repair or replace any part which fails as a result of defective material or workmanship during the first year from the original date of purchase.
        2. This warranty does not cover any of the following:
          • Accidental or consequential damage resulting from the operation of our equipment or any malfunction thereof.
          • The Cost of service calls to diagnose the cause of problems or the labor charge to un-install any components.
          • Product failure or damage due to faulty installation, abuse, misuse, unauthorized alteration to factory specs, lack of maintenance, or transportation damage.
          • Shipping or postage for warranty claims.
        3. To obtain service under this warranty, first contact the dealer where you purchased the equipment. If you are unable to find or reach your dealer, contact Customer Service at Cleveland Valve (330) 342-8585.

This warranty is the only warranty extended by The Cleveland Valve Company to purchasers or suppliers of our equipment. The Cleveland Valve Company disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, that arise by operation of the law.  Where consumer may have additional warranty rights in accordance with federal and state law, such rights shall supersede those stated herein.
